As we close out our financial accounts for 2022 we want to thank our clients who have helped us support our charity partners.
While we are still in start-up mode, we want to give at least 1% of sales to charity partners and build upon this over the coming years. We have focused on the near needs of shelter and the global challenges of climate change.
The seed for Climate Matters was planted when our founder spent two years in Uganda working on water and solar schemes and hearing how the rains don’t come when they used to yet could see technology already existed to reduce the challenges of energy and water.
In 2022 we increased our scope to include climate adaptation given the essential nature of adaptive planning and early warning systems.
